concept combines Interroll
RollerDrives of the 1700 or
3500 series and flexible
multi-rib belts to create a
user-friendly, efficient
solution for roller conveyors.
Geometrical design and
drive heads with nine
grooves enable conveyor
segments of up to 6m to be
powered by a single
RollerDrive that can
transport unit loads of up to
100kg.
The company says the
system is capable of
achieving up to 300% more
torque transmission than
standard round belts, and
the flexible design of the
multi-rib belts makes the
system simple to
assemble.
A consistent level
of tension is maintained by
the belts, so both
acceleration and braking
are short and precise. Even
delicate products can be
handled with maximum
efficiency due to zeropressure
accumulation
