Quick release belt brackets

Providing rapid belt release to gain easy access for maintenance and wash down purposes, BDL's new quick Release assembly brackets also help with the building of belt conveyors.

Precision lasercut from non-corrosive stainless steel, the brackets are securely fitted to the conveyor bed and the pulleys and motorised drums simply lock into position. No special tools are required and the 'snapon' design facilitates selfalignment and tensioned belt conveyor assembly.

Available to fit motorised drum diameters of 80, 113 and 135mm, the quick release brackets can be supplied with idler pulleys and IP66 rated BDL motorised drums. Sealed for life and maintenance free, these reduce the risk of contamination and enable easy access for high pressure wash down.

BDL is committed to providing prompt customer service from its new factory assembly plant, where it will provide 24/7 assembly or repair of standard drums.
