The RCSBC3 tension load cell from HBM is a robust, hermetically-encapsulated Stype load cell made from stainless steel that measures heavy loads from 500kg up to 5t. The load cell is suitable for hybrid, overhead track conveyor scale applications.

Tension load cells are particularly suited to process applications where the product needing measurement is contained in large tanks or is being transported on conveyor belts. In such cases, the most suitable measurement method is often to suspend the weighing tank or conveyor belt by tension load cells.

The RSCBC3 satisfies the OIML test requirements for up to 3000d. It is approved for use in class III legal-fortrade scales.
