Automatic lubrication

Eliminating the drudgery of lubricating chains, MCM Conveyors Automatic Lubricator ensures accurate quantities of oil are applied to overhead conveyors at speeds up to 18m per minute.

Although over lubricating is preferable to under lubricating, it is wasteful and can result in slippage. Also, excess lube can drip and result in expensive contamination of products.

The pneumatic Automatic Lubricators are programmable to eject oil pulses on to essential components from up to 12 nozzles and from a minimum quantity of 0.01cc per nozzle. The unit includes a separate solenoid valve with silencer and regulator.

The systems can be specified on all new overhead conveyors, or retrofitted to existing MCM conveyors and other manufacturers chain conveyors. As part of MCMs service as sole distributor of TP1773 conveyor lubricant, the oil is supplied with all new systems.
