Divides lines with no throughput loss

Transnorm SmartSort can divide a
single infeed line of cardboard boxes,
flat or chine based tote bins, bags
sacks or packets, into two or three
discharge lines with no loss of
throughput.
With a linear speed of up to 120m
per minute and a minimal gap
between each load, the SmartSort
can handle a continuous
throughput of 8000 units per
hour.
The operation of the swivel
wheel bed is adjusted to suit the
requirements of the customer and
the product, to ensure the smooth
and careful handling of each load.
The number of swivel wheel
beds, the size of the wheels, the
number of wheels on each shaft and
the shaft pitch are all variable to suit
the application. The standard wheel
pitch is 60mm with a diameter of
50mm, allowing loads with a length
