Best PowerFlex
powered roller mobile
conveyors to improve
the movement of
product during
packaging collation at its
production plant.
The conveyors were
installed to improve the flow
of box lids and bases from a
pair of folding and gluing
machines to a central
finishing and collation table.
The discharge height of
the box making machines
was too low to achieve an
ergonomic working height,
so the conveying system had
to slope upwards for the
products to be elevated to
the correct work station
height. This meant that a
gravity conveyor would be
ineffective.
Flexible and expandable,

adjustable legs, which have
enabled enabled the correct
gradient to be achieved
