New from Caljan Rite-Hite, Caljan CurveTrack is a beltdriven, curved conveyor section that moves loads round bends at speeds of up to 4m/s.

It is suitable for applications that demand continuous, efficient operation, such as warehouses, post depots, printing facilities, and distribution centres. The section is easy to integrate into existing systems and simple to maintain. The belt can be replaced quickly without the need for special tools, minimising downtime.

Caljan CurveTrack features a belt guidance system, that locks the belt into place during operation. This prevents the belt becoming displaced from the supporting rollers and keeps its movement precise and uniform. The guidance system ensures safe, smooth operation, and makes CurveTrack suitable for transporting small or fragile items, piles of loosely stacked paper, and foilwelded soft packages.

As with all Caljan Rite- Hite's products, Caljan CurveTrack has a number of standard safety features.

These include finger guards, bearing and drive covers, and underguarding. This comprises a perforated steel plate fixed to the underside of the machine, to protect workers from moving parts.
