Helping business keep booming
December 1st 2007 With business booming,
Caljan Rite-Hite has
supplied Office Depot with
four belt driven SafeTrack
telescopic boom conveyors.
To boost flexibility across
multiple bays, Caljan Rite-
Hite fitted slew bearings to
the SafeTrack equipment so
the boom can move on
semi-circular tracks in the
floor and pivot to allow the
loading of pallets by fork
truck when required.
SafeTrack extends to 12.3
metres, has a load capacity
of 50kg per linear metre,
and comes with the option
of a 600mm or 800mm belt.
This allows it to reach into
long trailers and handle
heavy/awkward packages.

loading operations and
stand up to the heavy
