Modular high speed switch sorter

Offering enhanced versatility with bi-directional (left/right) 45 sortation, CSL has introduced a new modular high speed, pneumatically operated switch sorter. Requiring minimum space between conveyed products, the compact design contributes to optimum use of space and feeding of close pitched lanes.

Particularly suited to high speed sortation applications, the sorter can handle items as small as 200mm2 at speeds of 30 items per minute.

Pre-configured and factory tested to ensure simple installation and commissioning, the modular design of the sorters provides maximum flexibility, enabling them to be repositioned along with their functional intelligence.

Considered to be energy efficient, the sorters do not require additional drive units and can be slave driven directly from an existing main lineshaft conveyor.
