New mezzanine range takes handling to another level August 1st 2008 LAC Conveyors, has
introduced a new standard
range of Mezzanine Floor
Conveyors. The new range
has been designed by LAC's
design team to meet the
requirements of production
and warehouse
environments, requiring
products to be transferred
between different floor
levels. Presently the majority
of 'interfloor'
storage
handling
and
production
is by lifts
and lifting
equipment.
"We designed this range
after listening to the
concerns of our
manufacturing and
warehouse clients who
required more flexibility in
their facilities," says Chris
Unwin, MD of LAC
Conveyors. "Many sheds and
production environments
are purpose built with the
required lifting equipment
having been specified and
installed at the start of their
working life. However the
majority of manufacturers in
the UK do not work from
purpose built facilities and
need more bespoke systems
like this, which they can
integrate with the existing
production program, and 'fit'
into any environment."
Each system in the
Mezzanine Floor Conveyor
range is specifically
designed to suit the height
between floors. More articles from LAC Conveyors Use 11004684: |
