As a result of developing its range of components for the creation of heavy load slide systems, HepcoMotion has launched the HGS Gantry Solutions System. An extension of the Heavy Duty product programme, this enables a bespoke linear gantry system to be supplied as a kit of parts or made to order at the company's factory.
Three basic support leg constructions are available - cantilever, single and goalpost - all supplied with jacking screws for simplified levelling.
There are three X-axis and three Z-axis options with a wide range of drive types. The rack and pinon Heavy Duty HB25 beam for X-axis and the compact HB25C have unlimited stroke ranges, while the belt driven HDLS has a stroke range of up to 10m.
