KNAPP has launched a series of
application-specific, user-friendly
workstations.
The new workstations are the
result of KNAPP's KiDesign
programme, aimed at elevating the
profile of ergodynamics and multifunctionality
in goods-to-person
picking solutions. Unveiled for the
first time at CeMAT earlier this year,
the 'Pick-it-Easy' workstations are
designed to meet the needs of three
specific and major sectors:
e-commerce, grocery and fashion.
Incorporated in KNAPP's OSR
Shuttle goods-to-person picking
systems, the workstations feature
pick-to-light and put-to-light
technology. A touch screen at the
centre of the workstation allows the
operator to keep their head straight
and avoid neck strain, with every
