The new high speed SR Sorter from Axiom GB has been designed to accommodate a wide range of different load sizes, up to a maximum weight of 60kg. Versatility is ensured by the modular construction, providing high capacity double sided sorting for cartons, totes and other units.

Fast, accurate sorting is achieved with high speed switching wheel assemblies that switch rows to steer an approaching product down the appropriate outsort. As soon as the product clears the switch wheels, the system instantly switches back to guide the next product through. It allows close product to product pitching, enabling high speed sorting without the need for high linear speeds. The gentle 30 outsort angle aids smooth handling.

The modular design allows any number of outsorts in a single sorter.
