Corrugated plastic tote boxes last 100s of cycles

A line of durable and reusable corrugated plastic tote boxes that set-up automatically, with tops and bottoms that lock into place, is available from Technology Container Corporation of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.

TCC Techno Boxes feature corrugated plastic construction with tops and bottoms that lock together, setup rapidly without tape or glue, and lie down flat for storage. Capable of withstanding hundreds of distribution cycles or harsh one-way shipping, these reusable boxes can include custom multicolour graphics, inserts, and other special features.

Manufactured to customer specification in any CMGI colour, TCC Techno Boxes can be constructed from 3 to 10 mil high density polypropylene (HDPP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) in sizes from 20.32cm x 20.32cm x 20.32cm up to bulk bins.

According to the company, the water resistant tote boxes do not require expensive moulds like moulded plastic totes and are stronger than waxed paper boxes.
