Flushed with success September 1st 2010 Total Hygiene, which specialises in
bathroom and toilet equipment for
the disabled, is reported to have seen
its distribution process transformed
thanks to ByBox.
With servicing and supply a key
element of its business, Total Hygiene
realised that a lack of control on parts
ordering, delivery and tracking was a
real problem.
Now the company's engineers
order the parts they need for their
next day's work knowing they will be
delivered by 8am the following
morning into their nominated iBox.
Engineers get a text when their part
is at their box to collect, ensuring they
only travel to the box if a part needs
picking up. This also means it has
been possible to reduce the amount of
stock on vehicles by 25%, saving Total
