For automated applications
January 1st 2012

To meet the growing demand for equipment that works seamlessly with the latest automated filling, weighing and handling technology, LINPAC Allibert, has designed a new version of its award-winning Maxinest grocery retail tray.

The Maxinest+ is the most advanced in the range, which now features 20 variations.Widely used in supermarkets for grocery and bakery distribution and display,Maxinest protects, maintains quality and promotes hygiene for fresh and frozen fruit, vegetables, pre-packaged meats, fish, prepared meals and many other food items.

A recess under the bale arms on the Maxinest+ allows access by robotic stack/nest systems, while the reinforced base has been designed for quiet, smooth operation on all conveyor types and to meet the close tolerances required in robot pick and place systems. The tray scan stack 10 high on bale arms or nest up to 77% of its original height with the bale arms pushed back.
