Quick success for freight rate site
April 1st 2010 Cargo-solv.com, a freight rate
comparison site that launched in
November has already beaten its
half-year target. The free-to-use website
has more than 45 freight providers
registered and 1200 users. Enquiries
for services and prices are growing
daily. In February the site had 700
requests, a 75% increase on January.
Information on the site is becoming
more comprehensive. It has about
5000 live services, 2000 of which
were added during the first week in
March. Additional services include
air and sea freight, and imports.
Mark Richardson of Dalpa
International, is impressed. He says:
"Registration is easy and it has saved
us a great deal of time by not having
to quote in the traditional method
on individual jobs.We are delighted
that jobs not relevant to us are
filtered out and only genuine orders
