Technical supportJanuary 1st 2012
Just 12 months after launching in Europe, ARPAC Europe is now able to provide full technical support and servicing for all European installations. This has been demonstrated by its recent servicing of machines installed at various sites in Slovakia and Belgium for building supplies giant IKO.
"Our Year One goal was to establish a strong network of distributors with the knowledge and technical ability to truly sell and support Arpac's machinery range across the region," says Arpac Europe general manager, Tony Hacker. "We have done this and are delighted now to be able to offer a full after-sales service to all our European customers."
