Flexible standalone loading bay module October 1st 2004 Designed specifically to meet demand for optimum loading bay performance, particularly in existing facilities, Crawford Amber has introduced the Hafa Load House.
Comprising a dock leveller, dock shelter, sectional door and cladding, in conjunction with the Autolock support structure, the Load House is a complete standalone loading bay module. It can be quickly and easily installed to the exterior of a new or existing building, without any major works required.
Benefits are said to include a considerable reduction in heat loss or ingress as the docking system is thermally separated from the building itself. As a result, installation of Load House can deliver a reduction in energy costs, particularly in temperature controlled environments, without taking up valuable floor space.
Another key feature is flexibility. A choice of non-insulated and insulated cladding is offered, as is the option of using a material that matches the existing building facade. Either swing or telescopic lip dock levellers can be
employed, along with a range of different shelters. In addition to a standard 90 configuration, if space is at a premium, installation is possible at angles ranging from 45 to 135 to the exterior of the building. More articles from Cardo Entrance Solutions AB: |
