Pneumatic roller system to load and unload

In a working relationship that spans 20 years, Manor Bakeries continues to choose the Joloda Hydraroll pneumatic Rollertrack system to load and unload goods. In fact, the company behind Mr Kipling cakes has over 100 trailers fitted with the system.

Manor Bakeries national distribution centre in Rugby has been designed to fully exploit the benefits of the Rollertrack system. The goods-in yard has been constructed with an incline towards the warehouse so pallets naturally slide to the back of the trailer to aid unloading. The goods-out yard slopes away from the warehouse for the opposite effect.

The pneumatically raised rollers are only activated when loading and unloading not during transit. When the rollers are not in use the load is safely located on the floor.
