High expectations for millionth order
June 1st 2011

Lichfield-based logistics firm, Palletways Birmingham, is closing in on its millionth pallet delivery and, to celebrate, the company is offering the customer who places the order for the milestone pallet delivery a balloon flight for two in the Palletways Dragon hot air balloon. The dragon balloon is the biggest balloon of its kind and the only balloon in the UK with a glassbottomed basket.

Michelle Naylor, depot general manager for Palletways Birmingham, said: "The one millionth pallet delivery will be a real achievement for the business and testimony to all the hard work at the depot and the close relationships we have established with our customers since opening in 2000.

"We really wanted to celebrate the milestone with our customers as a mark of our thanks for all their support over the years.We hope that our headline prize will offer an experience of a lifetime to the customer who places the order for the millionth pallet."
