Cost saving & flexibility wrapped up

As the centrepiece of its exhibit on stand 5286 at Total Processing & Packaging 2010, Aetna Group UK will demonstrate the cost saving benefits and flexibility of its 507 Rotoplat semi automatic pallet stretch wrapping machines.

The pre-stretch facility has a ratio between 0 and 250% for economic material use. The machines can be programmed for a variety of different products and the 'parental control' stops unwanted altering of settings and ensures that products are wrapped securely at an economic cost per pallet.

Information about Aetna's extensive range of pallet wrappers will be available, including details of its Ecoplat entry level equipment, for those companies considering the move from manual to semi automatic wrapping, up to the Futura 80, a fully automatic machine capable of wrapping over 100 pallets/hour.

The company also offers high speed single reel shrink wrapping and wraparound case packers from its Dimac range, which can be customised to suit individual requirements.
