Cabka broadens product range
September 1st 2011 Plastic pallets provider,
Cabka, has taken over
the business of Austrian
company, Pack'nlog.
"With the wellestablished
foldable boxes
from Pack'nlog, we are
significantly expanding our range
of products for materials handling,"
says Cabka CEO, Gat Ramon. "This
means that our customers will also
have a wide choice of reusable
transport containers."
The product range includes tried-
and-true hinged boxes for automated
processes, which are mainly used for
dry and non-food applications, as
well as transport and storage boxes
for wine bottles.
"In this way we have
also expanded our
expertise in process
management for reusable
transport containers. In the
future, we will be able to transfer
this to our reusable pallets," Ramon
explains.
With the takeover, Cabka was able
to bring Pack'nlog's former owner
and CEO, Franz Leisch, on to the
