Hygienic closed deck plastic pallet

Craemer has developed its first ever TC 'Totally Closed' plastic pallet. Featuring a closed deck pallet design, Craemer TC plastic pallet is engineered to provide high levels of durability and meet stringent hygiene demands in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

The pallet offers a high level of strength and impact damage resistance, thanks primarily to its material content and unique structural design.

Manufactured from a high quality HDPE virgin grade light blue material, with a 'honeycomb' shaped internal construction, this design is reported to provide optimum rigidity and strength with a long service life.

Combined with a welding process developed and patented by Craemer to seal the lower deck and rim areas, this ensures integrity against the ingress of contaminants such as liquid and bacteria into the pallet structure. The flat, smooth outer surfaces can be easily cleaned manually or by pallet wash machine.

Racking and dynamic load capacities of the standard 1200 x 1000mm TC plastic pallet are: static 7500kg; dynamic 1500kg; and high bay rack 1250kg.
