Plastic pallets for pharma
June 1st 2007 Craemer launched its
plastic pallet system for the
pharmaceutical industry at
the recent INTERPHEX show
in New York.
Craemer solutions feature
CR hygienic plastic pallets
which are manufactured
using high quality durable
material to give long service
life. Integrated
reinforcement profiles
ensure high runner stability
and load bearing capability.
The anti-slip top-deck
ensures that products on
pallets can be safely
handled and transported.
The pallets are waterproof,
resistant to bacterial
contaminations and can be
used in various operating
conditions from -40F to
+140F without resulting in
pallet damage.
Hygienic and conductive
Craemer claims its pallets
have proven themselves for
applications where
maximum hygiene and
safety is demanded, e.g. in
production processes with
highly flammable solvents
and wherever protection
against static charges is
required. Plastic pallets can
be cleaned with solvents,
steamed, high pressure
washed or sterilised –
making them ideally suited
to cleanroom applications
associated with
pharmaceutical processing
and packaging.
The company is now
looking to extend its
business in the United
