Recognition from network

A number of logistics companies have been recognised for their commitment to delivering the highest possible standards of customer service by pallet network, Palletways. In 2007 Palletways launched a nationwide Partnership League to recognise the quality of commitment and co-operation amongst its network of over 100 Members. The assessment process is based on a number of categories, which help Palletways to identify its topperforming members in terms of customer service in each industry sector, including the packaging sector.

Members are assessed every quarter and receive a score against 12 'Principles of Partnership', such as delivery times, providing customers with proof of deliveries online and health & safety compliance.
