Cleaning machines to match all budgets

Kärcher says it has a range of floorcare cleaning machines to suit all budgets and criteria.

An exceptional machine for facilities managers, it claims, is the BR/BD Trike ride-on scrubber drier, which aims to provide effective, high productivity cleaning at a low price.

According to Kärcher, it enters the market at a price normally associated with walk-behind units – but operates at considerably higher speeds (cleaning up to 2700m2/hour) and can easily clean both narrow aisles and close warehouse racking.

Another cost-efficient cleaning machine, says the company, is its BR400 scrubber drier with its ultra high polishing and floor stripping capability. It cleans right up to walls and edges with a brush rotation of 1500rpm. It’s main advantage, says Kärcher, is its economy: the highpowered turbine motor ensures efficient water recovery through twin suction nozzles. Floor surfaces are cleaned and dried in a single sweep – eliminating wet floors.

For outdoor areas, Kärcher claims its KM 70/20 push sweeper is almost six times faster than traditional brooms – and leaves no dust behind.
