New hitch for brush system
October 1st 2004

Broadwood International, distributor of the SweepEx, modular brush system has upgraded the mountings of its ultra heavy-duty brush, the SweepEx Megabroom, with the introduction of a new hitch for loaders, telehandlers and forklifts. The new hitch allows simple coupling to pallet tines without the use of securing chains for improved speed and simplicity.

Easily attached to existing equipment such as skid-steers, forklifts, loader buckets and 3-point hitches, the SweepEx has no moving parts, which means that the maintenance and downtime normally associated with rotary-style brooms is practically non-existent.

The robust construction allows a powerful sweeping action both forwards and backwards for rapid, efficient and economical sweeping of large areas.

The SweepEx comes in in 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.4m wide formats.
