Value sweeping inside and out
February 1st 2005

Broadwood International says its latest sweeper is a rugged yet lightweight costeffective way of sweeping up – and guarantees it will reduce cleaning costs.

Dubbed the ValuSweep, it is available in widths of either 1.2 or 1.5 meters and is suited to both interior and exterior sweeping.

According to Broadwood, ValuSweep is quickly attached to a forklift using the Quick-Tite Fork Pockets, is safe and easy to control, and requires minimal operator training.

Because it has no moving parts, the company says maintenance and downtime are practically non-existent.

Broadwood says its compact design allows a powerful sweeping action both forwards and backwards – allowing rapid, efficient and economical sweeping for large areas. An optional dust mop and magnetic bar for the removal of nails and dangerous debris are also available.

Manufactured from quality components, its easily replaceable brush section has five rows of bristles for effective sweeping. These will provide around 300 miles of sweeping before they need changing, says Broadwood.

Environmentally friendly, ValuSweep costs a fraction of the price of ride-on rotary sweepers and, says Broadwood, is far more economical than manual labour: the company claims it can complete a sweeping task that would take three hours to be accomplished manually in just 3 minutes.
