December 1st 2006 When a forklift damaged a metal door at its manufacturing unit, the International Automotive Components Group called in industrial door manufacturer and supplier, Ro-Dor The IAC required a new type of door that would not be damaged by forklifts. It also needed to open and close extremely quickly so ambient temperatures could be retained during cold spells. Dan Trodden, in charge of Industrial Door Sales at Ro- Dor recommended the Dynaco Power M2 speed door, which is wind resistant and also has the ability to repair itself. Because the door is opened and closed at high speed, thanks to a sensor operated induction loop which operates when forklifts are near, ambient temperature is maintained during cold weather.
