Hart beats contamination
April 1st 2007 Hart Door Systems used the recent IMHX exhibition to launch the latest variant of its Speedor range of high-speed doors. Speedor Easyclean has been developed to answer the need for both a high-speed door for high-traffic situations and a door which enables users to conform with strict hygiene standards applicable, for instance, in food preparation or the pharmaceutical industries. Key features include PVC door material with a special anti-bacterial coating which inhibits growth of bacteria, reducing the risk of cross-contamination in hygiene-sensitive production processes. The construction of the door frame furthers this with easy access for cleaning. The new door has a range of options such as a vision panel, windbar or side frame finished in stainless steel and comes with a newly designed control panel which controls the automatic operation and allows interface with other specialist equipment including conveyor systems.
