Hardwearing anti-fatigue matting
June 1st 2006

The Marley building materials group has installed ZedTred anti-fatigue matting from Plastic Extruders in its Kent works at Lenham. The purpose is to relieve standing tiredness alongside the work benches where extruder pumps are serviced.

The matting, supplied both in roll form and individual modules, has proved very comfortable to stand on and very hardwearing. It is easy to cut and shape on site, simple to clean and can readily be re-sited.

ZedTred has a proven heavy duty ribbed vinyl surface fused to a patented high molecular density foam which provides an integral long lasting cushioning base.

Because the two materials are fused together thermally, they will not delaminate.

This combination provides a very hardwearing, slip resistant surface which is able to withstand light spillage whilst being resistant to oil, chemical and acid spillages.
