Increased width for matting
February 1st 2007

Pilomat, from Plastic Extruders, is a multipurpose matting used both as a light duty floorcovering as well as for the cushioned lining of working surfaces, shelves and storage compartments. The latest generation now includes an increased width option of 1.2m – a 33% increase. Rolls can also be produced up to 50m in length.

The matting comprises a lightweight grid of hollow and sealed PVC tubes. This provides a flexible and very hygienic surface, acting like air cushions to give maximum protection and reduce impact damage. The surface is completely smooth and will neither scuff nor mark. It is easy to wipe clean and its open grid design allows it to dissipate light spillage. Pilomat can be easily cut or shaped to any floor or working surface.
