Matting with more bounce to the ounce

Two large factories in Norway have installed 200m2 of ZedTred matting beside their production lines.

The matting has proved both comfortable and hardwearing, according to ZedTred manufacturer, Plastic Extruders. It is also easy to clean and cut to shape on site.

ZedTred has a proven heavy duty ribbed vinyl surface fused to a patented high molecular density foam base. According to the company this combination provides a very hardwearing, slip-resistant surface which is resistant to oil, chemical and acid spillage with integral longlasting cushioning base. As the two materials are fused thermally, they will not delaminate. The inherent resilience represents a measure of the ‘bounce’ which directly reduces the level of working fatigue.
