Anti-slip grating surface
June 1st 2007 Fibreglass Grating has
developed a new anti-slip
gritted surface for its
range of fibreglass grating
flooring panels. Angular
quartz grit is now
embedded into the top
surface during the
manufacturing process,
resulting in an extremely
hard-wearing, durable,
chemical resistant finish.
Fibreglass grating is said
to have one of the highest
levels of slip resistance
for a walking surface,
especially in wet, oily and
icy work areas. Other
important qualities
include maintenance-free
operation; chemical
resistance; easily cut on
site and weighs 70% less
than steel grating.
