recently improved working
conditions by installing lines
of anti-fatigue matting from
Plastic Extruders on both
sides of the production line.
The firm was keen to find a
solution so that employees
did not suffer from backache
or tiredness nor the
other more severe problems
which can occur from
standing for long periods on
a hard floor.
Zed Chex is designed to
relieve standing fatigue. The
highly quality matting has a
checkerplate design vinyl
wearing surface, thermally
fused to a patented high
density foam base. The
construction provides
superior resilience which
induces muscle flexing and
reduces discomfort,
tiredness and other
symptoms. This results in
improved concentration and
increased productivity. The
matting is also slip resistant
and resistant to oils,
chemicals and acids.
Zed Chex is available in
modules with sloping edges
or rolls up to 18m long and
