Seamless epoxy resin floor coating

When stationery and office product suppliers, Alpha Office consolidated operations by moving into a single building, Ryebrook Resins was contracted to lay its Ryetech solvent free epoxy resin floor coating in the 3000m2 warehouse area.

The seamless floor delivers the required level of impact, load and abrasion resistance, while also having slip-resistant properties.

Due to the poor state of the existing polyurethane coating, Ryebrook shot-blasted the floor before diamond grinding to a smooth finish and filling any holes.

The Ryetech coating was laid to a 0.5mm thickness in the warehouse, with Ryeflow being laid to all other area at a nominal 2mm.
