Tailored mezzanine built to tight schedule

To create extra space at its Birmingham HQ, Business Post awarded Welconstruct a contract to supply and install a two storey mezzanine structure.

According to group property manager, Paul Hutchinson, Welconstruct clearly understood Business Post’s needs and tailored the proposal to meet them.

‘The project was meticulously planned and completed within a three month time period,’ he says.

‘The speed the steel framework was erected amazed everyone and Welconstruct maintained a professional approach throughout and accommodated our design changes without any fuss.

‘We had a dedicated project manager and on-site foreman who we could liaise with whenever required. Our hub was able to continually operate with minimum disruption.’
