Flexible guarding solution

Industrial safety specialist Troax has launched a new machine guarding system that is said to be exceptionally quick and easy to install. Rapid Fix fencing ensures high safety standards on the factory floor, while the panel system’s quick demounting facility helps to reduce downtime caused by stoppages for maintenance.

The Rapid Fix machine fencing system protects personnel working in areas where industrial robots and other automated equipment are in operation, providing a cost-effective way to comply with relevant European safety standards.

The innovative design means it can be installed and demounted by just one person using an Allen key, allowing authorised personnel to quickly access the guarded area to carry out servicing or repairs.

The system can be supplied with a variety of interchangeable mesh, full steel, sound-absorbing or transparent panels.
