Caljan Rite-Hite buys AMH Services
March 1st 2011 Caljan Rite-Hite has acquired AMH
Services in a bid to 'create a truly
24/7 UK wide company, combining
the loading and dock products of
Caljan Rite-Hite with the valueadding
philosophy and focus of
AMH Services'.
Spencer Roberts (previously md of
AMH), will head up the new
company, that will retain the name
Caljan Rite-Hite, and says: "As a
combined force we are in a stronger
position to support our customers
with Design, Installation, Project
Management and Service, utilising
the Caljan Rite-Hite product range,
enabling them to achieve consistency,
improve health & safety and
productivity while reducing costs."
For Caljan Rite-Hite, the
acquisition represents a significant
