Loading house brochure June 1st 2008 sara has produced a new
brochure for loading houses
or dock pods. Loading
houses are most commonly
used in temperature
controlled buildings or where
internal floor space is at a
premium. The loading house
is a robust steel frame that
can be clad with a variety of
materials, and is mounted on
a steel base already prepared
for one of sara's dock
levellers. On the back of the
loading house the thermal
barrier is usually a sectional
overhead door, electrically
operated and sequenced
with the dock leveller and
traffic light system. The
sealing between the vehicle
and the loading house can
be achieved by dock shelters,
cushion seals and inflatable
dock shelters. The units are
modular but tailored and
delivery and installation is
carried out using sara's
engineers. More articles from Sara LBS Limited: |
