Perrigo sprints to safety
February 1st 2007

Pharmaceutical manufacturer, Perrigo, has reaped immediate and multiple benefits following the installation of sara doors. The company is now equipped with 16 sara Sprint 355 series at key locations throughout its Devon site.

The doors are set in pairs airlocked 3000mm apart. The clear safety curtain with non-contact safety beam allows people to easily see movement on either side – particularly the approach of forklift trucks.

Emergency access in the event of power failure is provided by two Bowden levers for each door.
