Roller bed aids quick and easy van loading

This year's Transport Logistic Exhibition in Germany saw Joloda International launch a new innovation from Joloda Hydraroll – the Hydraroll air cargo pneumatic rise and fall roller bed technology, designed specifically for vans.

The van PRT system is a full length roller bed for small vehicles that is portable and can be installed by a driver in 5 minutes, without the use of any specialist tools. The product enables the quick and safe loading/unloading of three or four pallets of various footprint sizes weighing up to 1000kg. It is also suitable for cage pallets, stillages, post pallets and slip sheets.

The roller bed is powered by 12V low current compressor, internally fitted within the roller bed dimensions, connected via the cigarette lighter socket of the van.
