Static compactor and vertical baler

Pakawaste has recently supplied replacement static compactor and vertical mill sized vertical baler to GlaxoSmithKine, based in Ware, Hertfordshire.

As a by-product of the pharmaceutical production process at the site, a large quantity of cardboard and general waste is generated. Onyx UK, based on the site, previously disposed of all waste in on-site compactors which had been in use for many years.

After Pakawastes technical team carried out a comprehensive waste audit they were able to recommend the installation of an MX600 mill sized vertical baler to deal with cardboard and packaging segregated from the waste stream and a new bespoke waste compactor to deal with general production waste.
