When Travis Perkins purchased three waste processing machines to sort and bale cardboard collected from each branch after deliveries and returned to its central Northampton site, the company needed a temporary structure built around the equipment so the operation remained undercover and secure.

Aganto was selected to supply the structure following a visit to a reference site where Travis Perkins representatives were able to see the company's knowledge and experience in practice.

Aganto built a 15m wide by 20m long building around the machinery to Travis Perkins' specifications. The building has an eave height of 5.2m to accommodate an Auto Baler and two roller shutter doors for forklift access.

As no level of insulation was required, single skin steel cladding was used for the walls together with a PVC roof system. Both systems offered reduced costs but no compromise on quality or durability.
