Attachment cuts sweeping time
April 1st 2004

Travis Perkins facility in Fleet, Hampshire, is saving time and costs by using the innovative SweepEx modular brush system from Broadwood International. Now, instead of taking one employee most of the day to brush up the different areas of the site, the SweepEx is attached to a CAT forklift truck in a matter of minutes and the sweeping is completed in less than half an hour.

The SweepEx compact design allows a powerful sweeping action both forwards and backwards for rapid, efficient and economical sweeping of large areas.

The tough system is able to withstand severe environments as the broom heads and mounting hardware are manufactured from industrial strength steel, with heavy-duty powder coat finish.
