New online premises management

The FM Company has launched patented technology that enables premises managers to monitor over the internet, in real time, key performance indicators for the provision of maintenance and other services supplied by external contractors.

The new on-line system links premises with supplier organisations.

The progress of work carried out is updated via a touch screen site terminal, on which service personnel log their arrival and departure and any critical operational information. Management data is stored on a central database operated by the FM Company which can be viewed on a secure web site by managers and authorised contractors.
