Waste collection runabouts to suit all needs
June 1st 2005

Bradshaw Electric Vehicles has a range of runabouts used in waste collection which are available for outright purchase, or on long or short term hire agreements.

By way of example, Bradshaw’s FB2 (pictured right) is currently being used by biotech firm, Genzyme, at its Suffolk manufacturing complex. The battery powered 1.7 tonne capacity cage-bodied vehicle is in constant use daily, operating at speeds of up to 17kph and coping with waste collection on a site of several acres, which involves some journeys over public roads between locations.

The vehicle has full roadlegal specification, battery charging is via a plug into the mains on-board unit – and its all-steel body means it’s easy to hose clean.
