Rack safety reports
February 1st 2006

A new company, RISC (Rack Inspection Safety Consultants), is bringing new levels of simplicity to rack safety inspection reports.

Too often, a straightforward rack inspection brings in its wake a bulky, complex and highly detailed report. So much so, say RISC, it can be hard to determine what actual steps need to be taken to keep the installation safe.

"Some consultants seem to think lengthy and unnecessarily detailed reports reflect some kind of value for money," says Richard Bentall, of RISC. "We know that's not the case.

People are paying for clear guidance, and that's what they should get.'"

A RISC report, says Bentall, comes with a clear and concise summary, that sets out in simple terms exactly what needs to be done.
