Battery handling attachment

The Mobile Batri-Shifta attachment from M.A.S.H-B converts a powered pallet tuck into a safe, roaming battery-changing system.

The Batri-Shifta can handle batteries up to 1000mm wide, weighing up to 2200kg. Varying roll out heights up to 200mm can be accommodated.

A powerful electromagnet is used to push and pull the battery in the forklift on to a bed of low friction, acid resistant UHMW polythene slider bars. The use of this material eliminates the risk of dynamic battery movement associated with steel roller beds.

For extra versatility, the Mobile Batri-Shifta can also be attached to a counterbalance truck.
